Just bought the C3 version from you know where. The lever for angled cut is now on the left side, below dust button and the laser plastic can be tilted now, no need to remove it. It is the 1st jigsaw that i use, i made a few nice smooth cuts. The laser helped, because i am too lazy to use a pencil 😂. Can't wait for the version that replaces the blade with a cutting laser 😈

      @louisvl10 7 месяцев назад

mine is also a little different. angle adjustment is now done by removing the dust tube and then using an allen key attached to the power cord to loosen two screws. saved them a lot on production cost probably. either way, still the same functionality. the angle isnt analog tho here, there's indentations for specific angles. say what u want about parkside but for the occasional use their tools are the best value, sooooo rich in features. obviously dont go using this jigsaw for hours daily.

Thanks for the review. I have read the comments and I have noticed that's not the best tool to cut straight lines. I will try to find a circular saw instead...

The guide in my set was bent so I never used it. Thanks to you I realized this and straightened it. It look weak if it bends so easily.

I have this jigsaw, really do great, i cant find any problems with it (in working), i do however find that its design is not really that practical. Its big, its heavy, and you need to have quite stady surface from where material is to work with this one. But in over two years i have it, never had any problems. Its fine tool.

Thanks Andrew for the effort you put. ...
You a master of parkside power tools. ...
I guess if you can find a way to suggest lidil marketing department to make the tools more available
Some people see your video and want to purchase but when to reach the outlet they can't find!
Maybe they have to wait a year or so.
As for me I'm waiting so long for some machines. ... sometimes because of my work i can't reach or maybe my budget !
I'm dieing to to buy x 20v hummer drill / impact drive x 20v or air compressor!
    Is there any hope?
I'm not going to be big mouth. ... i used to work for big brands and make shortage of an item is not a good idea!
They use this strategy in fashion or new release just to hit the market . ... but not in med range items. ...
Thanks again and have a great weekend

Well let me say how it works on lidl
They got one company that it's manufacturer those tools and they do that for all the stores in Europe & other places in the world
let me say if they manufaktur A thousand cordless Drill they will send many of the drills in the big City in a big country with many stores of lidl
you are living in the small City or in a country let my say,
they will send less quantities of tools and less models of tools.
In Germany lidl stores the got of plenty of models tools . In my country Lidl stores are not so big and that the reason They are not sending more tools
me and my friends were wondering why but it is obviously the reason that I already said
big market area more tools small market Les tools.
Thanks again for your kindness and for asking and you have a great weekend

I bought the PSTK 800 A1 and it seems that its successor the PSTK 800 B2 have the same problems as the PSTK 800 A1. The laser is useless, because both jig saws cannot cut a straight line. They always drift to the right. Parkside's jig saws are rubbish.

I have this Jigsaw for almost 2 years and i have use for very little. I found it very difficult as even it has laser pointer and putting a guide it never cuts straight lines. Even a professional carpentrer couldn't cut straight lines. I am very disappointed from parkside. If you could give any advice i would be grateful.

Uno de los problemas que tienen las sierras de calar Parkside es que con la zapata de goma protectora que lleva no corta a escuadra. Pruebe a quitarla y dejarla en el chasis metálico. Esto facilita el cortar mejor en línea recta. Un saludo.
