Thank you for this review, very clear and easy to follow. I have just picked one up and this saved me from reading the very small font in the manual!

Good review. Not sure I understood well, but the control you mentioned as "tension of the blade" is actually the forward/pendulum movement of the blade, to make faster, and rougher, of course, cuts. Only defect of this tool to me is the fixed base plate, which doesnt allow for screwed jigs.

Nice review thanks. I removed the little transparent piece of plastic "anti burst" that is in the sole. For this hided the cut lines by collecting all the sawdust :)

Hi i have the Parkside 20v Team battery version the PSTDA 20-Li A1 with as extra a 4AH battery. I am very satisfied about the quality and sawing results. I have made incorrectly cuts in the past by the power cord,
Wireless jigsaw works much nicer no electric thread that can interfere with sawing.

Because the cord is in your way? Or is it all corded power tools that irritate you?

That depends on the job. I use also normal 230v 50hz t corded machines.

*I've had some time🌗 **allabout.wiki/BDEJS600Cl** to get used to using the saw now and I think its a good one. It feels very solid and well made - great BLACK+DECKER quality. I like the settings it has for the eliptical blade movement and blowing dust out of the blade path. The quick blade change lever is easy to use but wont be accidentally bumped. I feel that this is a tool that will last me many years. I was considering the next model up to get the additional blade stabilization, but I think most of the blade flex happens below the foot of the saw anyway were there cant be any support. I think usage technique can make up for most blade flex and you also have to realize that this is a fact of life with a jigsaw and use it accordingly.*

I just used it to cut a few pieces of plywood boards ruclips.net/user/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS works great. The blade that came with it isn't very good and I bought a much better bosch one which made much cleaner cuts. Blades were cheap, a few bucks.

12:24 Ooooff, never do that man, let the wood fall on the floor, you were like 2 cm away from a moving blade with your finger.

Parkside makes very good working machine tools, not comparable with professional tools, which is 6 to 10 times more expensive.
