30k per year is very average in US. Don't convert only salary in indian money. Also discuss the cost of living there. Room rent, fees , food cost everything will b high.
Cost of living there is one lakh per month and for salary they giving six lakhs
So 5 lakhs profit

Ex: From karur medical college, most private colleges to aiims Kalyani as far as I know aren’t certified, which means students with mbbs degrees of such colleges aren’t eligible for writing USMLE , PLAB, AMC etc

No any country in the world
That only make sense becoz you need to put hefty amount of money ( bw 50 to 100 lakh rupee). After completing all and get back to India may be your plan but still you can charge same as others ( more or less similar charge ). If you want to settle there it takes atleast 10 to 30 years based on your match .
