I did the same trip last month. Next time what should do is leave Kuala Lumpur early in the morning, say 6:30am, and take a slow drive. Take a detour to Ipoh for breakfast and arrive at GeorgeTown at about 1:30pm. Check-in and stay the day. Give yourself one full day (or two) to explore...and eat..eat...eat. Then leave GeorgeTown early the 3rd day or 4th day early in the morning..say 6:30am. Once you reach Simpang Pulai, detour there for breakfast. You'll arrive back in Kuala Lumpur a bit after 1pm. Then shower and nap..

You are right about the beautiful scene along the highway. When I was a kid, and since I'm from the east coast, each time we had to go to Kuala Lumpur, my father had to drive along a winding road that pass through jungle and mountain. The trip can be scary most of the time, as it is not a highway, just 2 lanes road, however my brother and I always feel excited when we see so many green, very tall trees, mountain top from afar and carved hills to make the road, and tunnels. We will play game which tree is the tallest or pointing at monkeys climbing those trees. Such a great memory.

Its tiring but watching this vid reminds me that something so simple can be so attractive to somebody else. I can do without the traffic though!

@@mrkhanofficials5432 Hye, what kind of business you intend to look up? Because Penang have industrial area so any kind of business are quite develop here. For your information, Penang got two side, the island part and mainland which located in peninsular and we connected with Penang Bridge or ferry. I live in mainland area. Tourist always intend to visit island because there's a lot of attraction places and our food also one of the best cuisine in Malaysia. I hope when pandemic is over, you can come here. Btw I'm sorry for my broken grammar. :)

@@laluna1349 HI Nur, Good evening, Actually I have multiple options in my mind to start with. First of all I want to introduce my special chicken and beef BBQ recipe because here in Pakistan I had my own restaurant before lock down. Secondly I have my friend who has a fabric industry and we can bring some special and latest design Abayas in Shiffon or any other stuff which has a good market in KL, Third I can bring some best and export quality cotton bed sheets to introduce there, My plan is confirmed in Sha Allah but just waiting for things to be normal. Nur do you have any other platform where we can discuss all this because I am uncomfortable here to discuss my plans. Can I give you my whstapp?
