Most people hated this game, but for me this game holds a special place in my heart.
It was the first ever game I played on Xbox LIVE and the first game I played online multiplayer on. I have so many memories of not only doing online races, but also of career mode when I won the title with Red Bull (started at Ferrari then switched mid-season) and doing a co-op career with this game. If I ever find a new copy of this game for cheap, I'm getting it.
I also met my first ever Xbox LIVE friend on this game as well.

Also interesting to note is how the music for the series becomes progressively more and more synthesized as time goes on. One might also say more somber and ambient in their overall tone. The transition is perhaps best seen through none other than 2012 through 2014's OST.
