Great knowledge! The Hsing we learned at 6 Ave was not the real Combat Hsing.
The bottom line, without traditional Beijing or main China shuai jiao, we can never really understand the application of the movements of Hsing, and Baqua and why to use them and apply them. Everything is simple Kung Fu nothing else. Great video!
Shuai Jiao is embedded in all Shaolin, which means it influences all martial arts that were influenced by Shaolin
