FINALLY someone else who appreciates the flare gun. It, strangely, has been one of my favorites guns since I started playing Gungeon few years back, that and blasphemy. Amazing content as always
I mean, of course most Gungeon players know it has great synergies. The hate just comes from the fact that it's the base weapon that's bad, that's kinda like nailgun.

D-tiers weapons are bad, until you find some synergies with it, and that's became the best D-tiers item
Synergies really were an awesome adition to the game!
Honestly I don't see why the flare gun gets as much hate as it does... It is really good
I think most Weak weapons with synergies become a B tier insta.
I can see some b tiers having issues clearing the later floors still tho
