Onward Ghanaian Youth!
Marching as to war,
As the flag of Ghana.
Flutters in the Wind.
God the mighty master,
Leads against the foe,
Forward into battle,
See, the Tempest Calm!
Let us not mince words. Political Parties in Ghana and mostly in Africa are TRIBAL ASSOCIATIONS. How much is the budget of the EC? How much is the budget for the NPP campaign? And the NDC? How much total money is exchanged hands under the table?
We spend this much money so we can choose between people of questionable character and competence. The money expended on the EC and the official and unofficial moneys devoted to the party campaigns viz Billboards, rallies, so-called internal elections etc. can build a highway from Aflao to Tumu. And with every election, Ghana gets more TRIBALIZED and impoverished. We do this so the Western World can call us a “DEMOCRATIC country”. What a country!
