This company is successful coz of the culture. 16:00 How many promoter-owned family biz heads give a seat on the table to their CTO on national television? And then that CTO publicly opines in a contrarian manner to the promoter-owners opinion with regard to the company's strategy and the brothers let him be...just wow! Lots to learn from the Kamath's who have the wisdom and guts to not have 'yes ministers' surround them.

Shark tank india should remove namita thappar and add nikhil as a shark it makes more interesting. Bcz I didn't see namita any time engaged in any pitch discussion she always say i have no expertise I'm out 😅 it makes such boring if shark tank india adds nikhil so pitch discussion becomes more interesting bcz i saw multiple podcasts of nikhil it is amazing

Why exclude Kailash Nath’s name from the thumbnail, title, and description, despite being Zerodha’s first developer? It’s disappointing when major news channels use such cheap tactics or ignorance
News channels main purpose is to make people watch News.. I believe very low number of people would have cared if they have mentioned Kailash Nath's name in thumbnails or in title as lot of people don't know him. and the news channels needs views
Zerodha founding team and Kailash are massively grounded. Always thinking about the general good. they should try and build adjacencies fast across fintech. Zerodha getting the banking license would send a very positive signal. they do deserve it .. integrity is impeccable 😊
It's zerodha who started curbing retailers by suggesting Sebi to impose regulations with regard to margins offered by different brokers... nonetheless it was good... however, prompting regulations to sebi is now backfiring zerodha itself...
After listening to this podcast I realised two things- 1. These guys are so down to earth even after running such a big and profitable company. 2. I really need to work on my English 😂
