Yes, they are expensive but do have great potential for fun! Small enough to even pack on an E-bike to get you to that stream or lake on an off beat trail.
Thought the boats “looked cheap” and “weird shape” and I didn’t understand the DNA of the brand. Seemed overpriced at first glance. Then when I held them I started seeing the huge potential and value. Especially when I saw how compact they rolled down to. I got into biking and I learned about the sport of bike packing as well which looks like a blast!. Just basically realized I had overlooked an entire category of outdoorsy, fun, & exploration. I wake up and crave adventures. This company seems to embody that life. I don’t know how I was so blinded before. I was way wrong on the quality of the boats too. They use TPU material on a-lot of their boats which is like my yeti soft side cooler they takes a ton of abuse. They also use the best valves in the industry. Long story short: I judged them too quickly and didn’t understand their potential.

Pretty sweet. Would have loved to have this when I went backpacking at Bear Mountain State Park in NY.
Get the partnership going with them. It would be cool to see river videos. Aren’t they under the Pelican umbrella?
*I don’t think so.*
Pelican International absorbed Dagger, Perception, Wilderness Systems, Wave Sport, Mad River Canoe, Harmony Gear, and Boardworks. Pelican also purchased Advanced Elements.

Remember me? I was on the airplane with you and we talked about RUclips!
Alpacka raft is likely more packable in their smallest versions.
Why did you hate them before?
