You did a great job on this video. I think this is just what I need to keep my 1yr old Maltese off the Bedroom rugs. She thinks the rugs are her toilet!! I would like to get six of them. I wish they weren’t so expensive. I’ll look around for less expensive ones but I like that you recommended these. Thanks!
Thanks for the review I could find lots of videos on the install but nothing about someone who had actually been using one. This was great I'll be picking one or 2 up for sure
Awesome. Don’t mind when the dogs roam usually except when I’m cooking/cleaning they get in my way. They’re large dogs so I’m not concerned about stepping on them but it’s just annoying to keep saying, “Excuse me. Pardon me. Excuse me. MOVE PLEASE” 🤣 We do have baby gates but the traditional type, and it’s just a hassle to set them up. And then the cats jump over them and knock them over. This retractable one is such a good idea. I don’t know how I never thought of using one until this video. And I’d cut a nice tiny little opening at the bottom for the cats. Thanks for the review! Ps, hilarious the adult humans couldn’t figure that out. Lmao
I don't know where the clip rings could get connected to something through the door and hinge side. I wouldn't recommend trying something like that unless you are super creative. I might not be fully picturing it right in my head though!
They have tried!! Initially Bella tried to bite through and damaged them but now she doesn't and won't even try to crawl through. If the gate is not in the locked position a dog could push through the mesh I would think. As long as you have the bottom of the gate low to the ground and it's in the locked position, you should be fine!
@@Daniela-qt3kd I’m ordering a type that specifically says that kids and pets can’t squeeze under, so cross your fingers for me, because I think it Will be my biggest challenge. I have one small chewer/scratcher, and one big bumper/climber, so this gate will really get a workout once it arrives.
Nearly everyday for at least a few hours. They don't even try to escape these days. They know as soon as it comes across the doorway that they should just lay down on the bed we pull out for them. haha super spoiled! haha
Excellent review. I'm looking into getting something like this for my dog, I appreciate your thorough commentary. Thank you!
It's now a must! I can't imagine the house without these gates, FOR REAL! lol God bless my friend!
Very helpful! You have a very good camera presence!
Thank you for this review. I ordered a tension gate that was $153, and I'm going to cancel and order this one. So thanks, you've saved me a lot.

Great review! Thanks for the pros and cons. I will be getting this for my 9 month old son and new puppy!
Thanks my friend! Hope you like it! 😎👍

Hey that's great! I'm still very happy with mine!

In my cart now! I’m worried about the chew factor, but it’s so much less obtrusive looking than the metal gates, so I’m willing to give it a try!
When you say anchor do you mean like just a drywall screw anker? I. Not sure if I have studs
I like how it is compact in a roll up .
Hello Daniel just wanted to ask if your farberware is still going. thanks
Will this work attached to a front door to keep pets in when visitors arrive.

Do you feel like there is any way a dog could squeeze under the mesh?

I bought this gate for our 3 month old 25lb golden doodle...we installed it as low as we could and she squeezed right under it

If, someday, the door material does fail, will you have to replace the wall anchors, or would a replacement gate be able to use the same anchors?
Confused. What were you using before screws?
Hakunapet brand?
How often do you put them in there?
