Some interesting projects coming up eh BOSSMAN. Still no FORD in the yard lol. Liking that Husqvarna lawn tractor though. Hopefully those other Husqvarnas will get resolved. Did you happen to get a count on that 545 sprocket ? I don’t want it to be a 7 but would diagnose the issue of breaking them. Unless the shop you bought it from purposefully changed out the sprocket for a 3/8; ALL 545 MK II HAVE A .325 pitch. Thus that saw would run a .325” bar. Chain is either a SP33G or a S35G at 16,18 or20” from the factory. However you can get 13” & 15” from any reputable dealer. I run a 15 on stacked logs and a 20” if I’m bucking in the woods. Good luck BOSSMAN.

Hey Bill, I have not had a chance to look at the sprocket yet. I will at some point and let you know. Last summer I had the manager of the store where I go the saw, look it up on his PC and it showed that I have the right bar and chain on the saw. So I am not sure what is going on with it.
