I walk my dogs with your meditations now that RUclips gave me your recommendation. I rest with them with it too..I clean my home. And I'm starting to see the energy in people. I can start seeing their auras and their residual trails, the waves they leave behind.. And the winds.. I could feel the waves in the air..
