If you are a US Citizen, you can apply to the Fulbright US Student program. If you are from outside of the USA, you can apply to the Fulbright Foreign Student program if your home country is part of the program (more than 140 countries qualify). To find out the details, google search your home country name with the word Fulbright to get details on the process
Thanks for the video! I actually applied last August and did the interviews in February now it’s the silence phase and I’m not sure whether I made it or not. Do they answer even in case of rejection?

They will send out an update. The waiting is the hardest part. I should have added that to the timeline!
