For some reason the darning foot starts making the most horrendous clanking sound when being push up. I tried both feet that came with the machine. Any idea? Thanks!
Walking feet can be tricky to install. There's definitely an "art" to it. Maybe we'll try to make a video showing how to do it. As for the darning foot, it's hard to know without a video of the issue. If you send one to info@sewingpartsonline.com, customer service might be able to help diagnose the issue. If you continue to have problems, it might be defective. If that's the case, we can help you get a new one!
