Great video guys. I have adopted cooling my components about 2 years ago and haven't looked back, I have fans on all processing and power components.
Thank you Barrett! Yeah man AC Infinity has some really cool stuff, I may have to get one of those controllers like you have, eventually. 😀
@@TwoGuyzTech Absolutely, I love AC Infinity gear. That usb controller is super handy, and you can use an USB fan with it.
I've not thought about cooling my AVR, but with upgrade plans coming up, I think that a system like this makes sense in order to protect the equipment
Yeah man they work great! it's worth the small investment. Thanks for watching Matt! 😀
Awesome vid bud! Learn a few things everytime i watch you guys. Keep up the good work! 🤙
Thanks Sarkis! We appreciate the support! 😀
Your setup is so nice... love those amps... great video as always guys
Thank you so much Tony! 😀
Just what I’ve been looking for. Thanks a lot. New subscriber here. 😊🙏👍👍👍
Thanks for the sub! :)
Nice video as always man.
Thank you for your support! 😀
These are awesome fans. I highly recommend them
Thanks for watching!! Glad they're working out for you :)
Another great video with some really good advice! Cool idea about adding on those heat sinks. Well done!
Thank you so much for watching Jase!! Our processor has been doing really well since we did the upgrade. We're still looking into new cooling solutions as well! 😀
I installed these fans on the top of my stereo receiver above the heatsink, just curious, does the back fan suck in cool or blow out warm air?
I need 2 fans for my emotiva xprs!!!! Them boys get HOT!!!! Awesome video!!!!
Thank you Chris! The fans are definitely a good investment, if your amps run really hot you may want to get two for each. 👍
hey I just use 2 cooling fans in the back of my computer multimedia system actually there is a heatsink in the back and I just glued the fans onto the heatsink is it good?
Were to get the daisy chain Cord
so im a pc nerd that loves my bass. both me and my daughter have receiver style surround sound setups. both of our computers have bottom to top intake/exhaust so i just had both of our computers sit on top of the receivers to pull air through them into the case and exhaust out the computers (temps in the pc are negligible since then) my question is can you put TOO much airflow through a receiver. my pc has 2 140mm 3000rpm fans as intake, while they dont always run at full speed they are connected to my CPU/motherboard temp controller so if my cpu gets hot they automatically fallow a custom fan curve i have setup on the pc. In theory would all that airflow, 2 140mm fans 3000rpm cause any issues?
What if my AVR doesn't have a plug receptical for the fans? I'd have to turn the fans on or off whenever I want cooling. This is not a good choice.
How to get them to turn on with your ps5 and xbox without having to manually turn on the switch?
🔻Hey my man!
Thanks for the tips, but one question remains - did you turn your fans to pull hot air from the heatsinks, or just regulary pu[ them to blow and dispershe heat everywhere?
Thanks in advance!
Thanks for watching! Yep, we have the fans setup to pull the air out from the processor, which works naturally with the warm air wanting to rise out of the vents in the processor. Hope this helps :)
@@TwoGuyzTech Yeah, yeah I just read on some forum that pushing the hot air inside could "cook" the capacitors.
Thank you very much for your confirmation.

@@Faith_Plus_One Thank you again for the comment! And Blessings from the United States! :)
... alot of components use solder or a thermal paste with tension mounting and heatsinks, not glue to cool components. there is also thermal pads, so you Ocool heat sink mod, i would really like to see a before and after thermal measurement, maybe you can team up with gamers nexus for that niche of gamers using home theater with their gaming.
Can I throw my receiver in the fridge?? 😂 will take the advice! Tomorrow I have to send mine to the shop since the heat killed mine! Why don't they build these with the coolers knowing they heat SO much!??
Thanks for watching & sorry you have to go through that!! I feel like manufacturers could definitely try to step up their cooling game. Hopefully adding some cooling helps! 😀
@@TwoGuyzTech Agree! Thanks again!
You sound like Hank from King Of The Hill.

Good to see you over here man!!! 😂
✌️👌👌
Thank you for watching! 😀
These fans dont cool enough. Need low noise 120v muffin fan like the one used of refrigerators
