    I recently picked up two AIRCOM S7’s and a T9. I am using the S7’s to cool two ADCOM GFA-5400 amplifiers. I am using theT9 to cool my Marantz SR-5015 AVR. They work awesome, VERY quiet. Well worth the money!

    • @TwoGuyzTech
      @TwoGuyzTech  Год назад

      Hi and thanks for watching! The main difference between these units is how they exhaust. The S9 is a top exhaust with the basic front panel. The T9 is also top exhaust with the more advanced front panel, more adjustability. The T10 is front exhaust with advanced front panel. You may also want to consider the T8 if you need a rear exhaust. So it all depends on which way you need the hot air to exhaust. Hope this helps.

      I took out out of the box, plugged it in, and set it to auto. Haven't touched it since. The fan is pretty much always on but very low. I've yet to hear the fans while even watching a boring tv show, so even at full speed they're easily cancelled out by whatever you're watching

    Would this work with the TX NR6050 onkyo receiver from costco? That one has its own fan inside and im not sure if its an intake or exhaust. If the internal fan is an intake and this is exhausting through the top wouldn't it choke out the fan in the reciever?

    • @TwoGuyzTech
      @TwoGuyzTech  2 года назад

      Thanks for watching! The fan in the TX-NR6050 is an exhaust, so the AC Infinity unit would definitely work fine. The question is just whether or not you need it - when we tested the 6050, it didn't seem to get hot at all.

      Experiment. Try to keep your equipment as cool as possible without getting noticeable fan noise. I have an ambient room temp of 68 or 69F. I set my T8 to Smart mode with a temp target of 77 and a fan speed of 2. I set the alarm to 79. for me those temps work great and I can't hear the fan.
