Hi! Main deadeye too and planning on clearing the first soon. Few questions, were you on ilvl on the clear? Also, does it feel pretty good doing it as deadeye when progging in your opinion ?
i had 25 weapon, but my armor was all 1630 ilvl, so around 1635 ilvl. As for progging it didnt feel bad for gate 3, but you'll definitely feel the downsides of deadeye in gate 4 (mainly learning patterns where boss moves forward and missing some close shot tripod damage)
I personally don’t take it, but if you just space yourself from the line and see your sword’s counter flash, it’s safe to click enforce like a fraction of a second after since the kick part of it will hit by the time it reaches the line

did you have problems to counter sword with enforce? cause i do sometimes it doesnt register
Personally no, but it depends if you’re taking the upperkick tripod that makes the counter hitbox come out slightly faster
