@@startingstrength not interested in joining a cult but thank you. Are SS gyms still required to have a life size cardboard cut out of RIpetoe in their entrance? 🤣
Makes no sense to set up with your shins touching the bar or use dragging the bar up your legs as a cue. That’s just going to produce friction which is going to slow down your pull once you reach heavy weights
Good video
this does help, thanks
Really useful. Thank you
Perfect timing I just injured by lower back dead lifting, again.
Yeah I doubt this is gonna help
Stop doing it wrong, again
Dude! I think that DID help me. I've been doing that!
My form was getting pretty horrendous.
Thank you.
I can't deadlift anymore because I get too dizzy, see stars and feel like I'm gonna pass out 😞 I've been doing rack pull for months to compensate
@@davidlerch2782 chronically i doubt it. But I think I've built it up in my head too much and now it scares me away from the deadlift...
Are you breathing correctly

Starting Strength is a cult. Proceed with caution
C'mon just drink the Kool aid. It's cold and refreshing.
@@danielbuege1 I tried the cool aid. No thx
All SS head coaches have to suck off Rip once a month to keep their membership status.
We'll be here when you're ready to come back, MrD

Just rub butter all up your shins....easy fix
The bar touching the shins has a negligible effect on bar speed. I alway use this setup and it has no noticeable impact.
@@posthawk1393 tape uhmw plastic all up your shins
@@rd-ch1on I wear shin guards and have no problems in that regard.
You pull your deadlifts with the barbell floating in front of your shins?
