I just wanted to thank you for rekindling my passion for ani-piano with this arrangement. I've been focusing so much on classical repertoire recently that I almost forgot why I work so hard on learning all that : partially because I like but also so that I can develop the technique to do stuff like this.
Here I am, 5 years later, with a new energy running in me. It might sound really stupid, but thanks to your new cover, I've found a new motivation to start training again my piano skills. Last time, your cover was one of those who motivated me to start playing piano. I then gave up following this dream because it was too hard for me. But, believe it or not, your 2020 cover made me realize something a friend of mine recently told me about life and finding our way. And you gave me new hope with piano. Now, I am convinced my journey with piano isn't finished yet, and I'll start practicing again, more than ever. I really want to learn this beautiful instrument. 2-3 years ago i dreamed of playing this piece even though it looked impossible for me. i would imagine myself playing it… not in front of a lot of people but just playing it to myself. 2-3 years later and now it looks easy. hope to learn it soon. remember to keep practicing. practice doesn’t make perfect but it does make improvement. this piece definitely holds a place in my heart.
Tokyo ghoul is one of those animes where you can feel crazy amount of emotion through words that mean nothing and even the openings endings ect kaneki isnt singing them but the sorrow and pain is reflected beautifully this is amazing

The original was my favorite arrangement from you with My Dearest (full version), so I'm glad to hear this re-take on the piece. It seems like you made a lot of progress, the arrangement is more subtle and some voicings are really nice

Honestly it's amazing, this and the first version are just amazing. I've been trying to figure out the minor differences on and off since you've revised your arrangement. The harmonies are different in places ,I think anyway, which is something I could only notice while sitting in a dark room for a while. This second version feels less hollow and slightly less sad than the first which is probably why I like the first one a bit more. I appreciate you making such great arrangements for me to obsess over
