Finally, I have finished recording Nandemonaiya. For me, the technique here is easy - it's really not too much difficult to play, but the emotional part when playing?
I think that's the most difficult part. How do I play it in such a way that actually contains the emotion I had when I was watching the movie?

Hey I just realized I watched the movie for the first time 3 years after it was released: in 2019 😄
I want to cry. It's so nostalgic. It's epic. It's great. The story is just lit. It will definitely sooth anyone's heart and melt it away.
It portrays the raw feeling of love before the two main characters even realize it themselves.
This is so sad and heart-warming because it reminds me of my grandpa Tom in heaven right now watching over me. He died 2 years ago to a heart attack and I cried for hours because he would always be the one who made me the happiest because of all he did. He would tell jokes, play games and he would exceed being a grandpa and become my best friend. I remember what he would always say, “never give up, you never know when you’ll reach your goal, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a week, you know what? Maybe in a decade, but you must still persevere until the end.” Now, I’ve sworn to live by these words. My current goal is to become a better pianist and artist. Thank you for lending me your time. Idk whether or not you or anyone of relevance will see this but I need to get this off my chest. At the age of 14, I literally look up to you as inspiration. Who else should I? I feel as if my music is this pathetic, unemotional slurry of notes yet I hear yours and damn, they sound godly. Each note you touch gives of a wave of emotions and when you play a song like this, you may as well put a trigger waning on the starts of your videos.
I can not thank you enough for what you've made me achieve in the last 2 years, practically self taught yet I'm better than most privately tutored people I know, I still yearn to be like you. I wish I could reach a 13th, have flawless arpeggios and add a story to my music like you but you've taught me that even though I can't play the hardest piece or show my deepest thoughts, I can at least try, and trying is the first step for succeeding.

The only condition I've got to learn piano is after scoring a A+ grade *That's too damn difficult haha*. I'm gonna leave it here and gonna try my best. i have a lot of memories with this song, it was around 2017 it was the peak of my youth learning and discovering about a new world of friendship, excitement and seeing new places. Now the friends that once was my life and my world left me without a word, i remember how we use to cry with each other, comfort each other and feel like the world is ours just like the way the lyrics in this song. I learned to play this song because i want to play for the friends that i once had but now i can't because they are not here.
this song is so beautiful. i cry every time i listen to it. this scene of the movie sent me into tears. probably one of my favourite movies. it really shows true love since even tho they didnt remember each other, they still knew in their hearts that they had some connection to each other

I rewatched this movie for the first time since like 8 months and I cried a lot but this time for a very different reason. I first watched this movie with someone I cared about very deeply and now it feels like she's forgotten me and it's heartbreaking... I miss her so much and it made the tone of the movie so much sadder for me. All those emotions are very well conveyed in this piece.
One of the best songs from the best anime movie ever made.

This might not mean much because it doesn't take to much to make me cry, but man. I just had friends over and it was one of the most bittersweet feelings i've ever had and the first thing i did when they left was listen to this song. The movie mad me cry just because how pure it is and the lyrics of this song will never cease to make me cry.
