I made this Curry and it was absolutely beautiful, the lamb just fell apart.my dad loved it he took all the left overs next day.will definitely make again

A cup is a measuring cup size. I’ve got a set with the amounts written on 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup and 1/4 cup. Definitely worth the investment when cooking with cup measurements. This looks lush.. gonna give it a try 🥰
Wow, well done it looks lovely, I love making curry from scratch, tip for cups heather coz I made the same mistake using my cups, you can buy proper measuring cups and spoons, they come in a pack from 1 cup size to quarter cup , so easy and the spoons from table spoon to 1/4 t spoon I got them from B and M or asda I think xx

That actually looks authentic Heather and I've got a Indian background! Leg is great but If you use lamb shoulder, you can slow cook and it's cheaper, but when cooked long and slow it's so tender xxx

I added probably another 2 teaspoons of salt and it really wasn’t too spicy, he thoroughly enjoyed it 😋😋🥰
How come when you refurbished your kitchen you didn’t put a gas cooker in it would have been so much easier and cooked quicker
I wanted electric this time, I much prefer fan assisted ovens, they cook things so much more evenly, I had to get used to the hob but I love it 👍🏼
