I won't lie. The Samsung Galaxy Active 6 is one of the best watches I've ever come across. I put the VERSA app on a new android tablet. Bluetooth and everything else works except Wi-Fi won't stay connected. It connects, but when I leave the setting page it drops back off. Worked fine on previous android tablet. All I can find on the topic is that the app wants 2.4gHz and my new tablet doesn't support it,
I did a factory reset since nothing else seemed to work, unfortunately Fitbit discontinue their PC version of the app (I didn't know that), so now the watch doesn't connect to anything , not the PC nor the app and it can be setup again :(
nothing is working for me, everytime i leave wifi setting in app, my versa 2 is loosing connection to wifi, tried diffrent routers, phone wifi hotspot is alwas same, is connecting then lose connection when i leave wifi settings

Restarting the versa2 helped me. I never knew that pressing the side button for 10sec restarts it. Thanks a lot!
