No this is not the true face of Muhammad-- these stories which have become popular among many communities are based on lies-- the first biography was completed by Ibn Ishaq after one hundred years of Prophet Muhammad's death all stories were collected orally --- most of them are based on lies, personal and individual believes and fabrications. Such stories do a lot of mental harm both in Muslim and other communities --- all religions are based on love, tolerance, and peace. ISIS and other jehadi doctrines and beliefs promoted such stories-- so that they can justify their own violence and sexual appetites these stories have nothing to do with Islam but everything to do with their individual thoughts, desires, and their tribal traditions.
