That glass bottle actually contained human eyes..... which the villain explained belonged to a little girl who lived in the neighbourhood whom Rocky (lead actor) loved so much because he had lost his pregnant wife in the past and somewhere saw her daughter supposedly in that girl.
But actually those eyes were not of the little girl... rather the guy who gets in the knife fight with Rocky saved the little girl from losing her eyes.
So, he was good but with the wrong side.
the knife shown here in rocky's hand its kukri knife ....it is an army dagger used mostly Indian , sriLankan & ,bangladeshi army ... also used in some asian countries army group . its a very deadly and dangerous weapon in face to face combat situation . this knife can cut flesh like butter
that bottle contains his cute little friend's eyes in that. that's the reason he was so upset.
it was the eyes of the little girl who was like daughter to the hero who was kidnapped by the villain as the villain was an international smugler of human body parts and that increased the intensity of the last scene
if you all didnt watch the movie. the bottle that he rolled was a pair of eyes of the little girl (his neighbors) who rocky handsome thought the drug lord ( who was also selling organs and such on the market.) cut out her corneas to sell. wasnt because the last thai villian he fought saved her from the sergeon and cut out the sergeons eyes instead. watch the movie its on netflix now with subtitles! !
the fights in this movie are off the hook. the story is simple though. the bottle contain the eyes of the little girl living next door of the hero guy. but you must see the climax for the twist of what happened to the girl

the plot goes like, the bad guy smuggles human organs. Especially, the eyes. The good guy is here to take the little girl back who was her neighbour. The bad guy tells that he took away the eyes of that girl and put it in that capsule which he showed him in the start. and hence the furious merciless fight.

Hi there, this movie is the Hindi adaptation of the Korean English movie "The Man From Nowhere". If you search "The man from nowhere brutal ending fight scene", and watch it, it would get self explanatory what thing was in the box, because in there were eyes.
It were the eyes of a 8 year old girl who was his neighbour snd he loved her like a daughter after he lost his child and wife while she was pregnant.

in rocky handsome John fights bad guys who sell human body parts in black. a kid (girl) from neighbourhood was kidnapped by them. in that canister there were her eyes. John loved that girl a lot. but at last after killing the bald boss he found out that the girl is all right! !
