facts nobody plays as hard as he does, especially as an undrafted pickup jaylen warren’s stock just been rising ever since hes joined the league, im glad we picked him up when we did fr
If najee gets 1000 yards this year he breaks Franco's record of 4 1000 yard seasons and would be the most effective running back in. Pittsburgh's history
I remember a lot people reacting that way when the Chiefs picked him, so I figured he had to be a good addition to the team. 3 years on I selfishly hope he keeps flying under the radar because I'd love for them to keep him somehow
As a Falcons fan, i am so happy you highlighted Drake London. He is a monster, 50/50 balls are 75/25 when you throw it to him. An absolute dawg. I'm very excited to see him catch passes from an actual NFL starter. He's going off this year, health withstanding.
I genuinely believe if he was drafting to a team that actually had their stuff together in terms passing game he would likely be highly regarded as a top young receiver
Big fan of Courtland Sutton. He's been making ridiculous catches for the Broncos for the last few years, and he was about the only player on offense that was legitimately fun to watch during the Russel Wilson era of Broncos football. It's crazy that he's talked about less often than Jeudy, because Sutton is great.
So glad someone is talking about Drake London. He plays so well on a team with piss poor coaching and a system that didn’t fit him. Not to mention his awful qb play, he could put himself into the top 10 within the next 2 years.
Courtland Sutton. He can be a ghost for most of the game and he even has a tendency to drop some easy ones, but when Russ was throwing it up to someone on 4th down with the game on the line, it was Sutton every time. And every time it was thrown up, only one guy was coming down with it. Some of the catches he made this year (TD vs KC in KC, 4th down one handed catch thru PI vs Minny, game winner vs Minny, one handed 50 yard deep ball thru PI vs LA) were some of the best catches in recent history. Every team in the NFL would want Courtland Sutton on their team. He's a QBs best friend
As a Tennessee Vols fan, Trey Smith is one of my all time favorite football players. Dude was the number 1 overall recruit in his class, played at different positions on the line for us, was an excellent leader, fought through life- and career- threatening lung blood clots, came back for his senior year when we didn’t expect him to, stuck with us when we were a dysfunctional mess of a team. And he was a monster on the field. Pancaking dudes left and right. I watched his class’s draft thinking he might get picked up in the first round, then watching him fall all the way to the sixth because of those blood clot concerns. I was so pissed every time I saw another Titans pick come in that wasn’t Trey Smith. I’m so glad he’s gotten to be an important part of championship teams. He is a great one. Maybe my Titans will give him the bag next offseason to shore up right guard for us!
As a Commanders fan, I must say that Sam Cosmi alongside Trey Smith will likely reset the market for guards. Cosmi was originally utilized as a tackle for the o-line but was later switched to guard where he became an incredible pass blocker. If he can hone his skills as a run blocker, Cosmi easily earns a spot on this list.
I’m a fan of the list. It is always good to see o linemen get some love. I would have liked to see O’Cyrus Torrence out of Buffalo on here too. He played incredible as a rookie and I don’t see too many people talk about him.
Mine are prolly dontavion wicks or downs, slater (imo borderline top 5 tackles and doesn't get the recognition), roschon johnson, Paris johnson and jelani woods or isiah likely
Jaylen Warren is a great guy. My high school football coach was his OC at East (Dude actually played Fullback back then) and he comes back all the time to Salt Lake
I know the patriots don’t have a true #1 receiver, but a guy I like is Demario “Pop” Douglas. I know we brought in Polk and Baker, but I think Demario will be a guy that immediately fits with either qb and won’t have to get used to the system. He’s shifty, good at separating and probably the Patriots best YAC threat.
I've drafted Jaylen a LOT in mocks when the ADP was trying to get me to take Najee. He saved my season last year, and I think he'll be even better this year with Oline help and two QBs who will need a quick option.
As a Tennessee fan - when Trey was at UT there would be many plays that I would just watch him block and pancake people instead of watching the play. Most underrated lineman in the NFL.
AZs TE Trey McBride is an absolute savage, he’s an Elite top 3-5 TE and only getting better. 6”4 250lb 4.51spd/36in vert w/elite rare body control being a very natural elite fluid route runner he is close to unguardable. His game reminds me a lot of Travis Kelces. One Kyler Murray came back he and Murray went on a tear as the 3rd overall ranked TE between weeks 9-18. McBride ranked 1st in YDs/Per Route run putting up an Elite 2.03YDs per route run best in the NFL ranking 4th with an borderlineelite 80.5 receiving grade. Ertz was the starter 1st month of the season and then once Ertz was told he would be #2 he asked for a release/trade took his call n went home which I mention to say if McBride started from week 1 with Murray he’d of had A MASSIVE 1300-1400+YD season. With McBride the clear cut #1 I fully expect him to easily cross 85-90+/1200+YDs this season. Paired with the weapons AZ has at WR/TE n elite top 3-5 run game Murray n this offense will be Elite as one of the best in the league.
I hope Drake London has his breakout season, he is one of the players I am most interested in seeing since he was selected in 2022. PS: I think Chris Olave is also underrated.
I dont have many players to name, but one that I think is really underrated and isn't talked about enough is quin miners from Denver, I'm a Broncos fan and I know if he was on a winning team people would be talking about him being a top 5 guard in the game, even tho I think he's already up there
Drake London went to moorpark highschool when both him and I were seniors and I played against him and let’s just say my teammate let him take a slant 70 yards for a TD
As a Steelers fan, I love Warren but the one thing that drives me up a wall is people debating who is better, him or Warren. It usually comes off (especially from other Steelers fans) as "would you rather cut off your right or left hand". They play different roles, different skill sets, and there are some situations I see him in and the play goes nowhere and I'm sure Harris would've had a better run. I drafted them both back to back in fantasy and I expect both to have monster seasons
Thank you for hightlighting Warren in this video. I was screaming all last season watching him ride the bench and somehow Najee's slow blind ass kept running into his own guys
I gotta say, Demario Douglas of the patriots might be THE best route runner in the NFL. This dude makes Julian Edelman look stiff and he was so great last year that even MAC JONES was able to get him the ball. And by the end of it last year that man couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. With an even below average QB room this year, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pop top 1000 yards
Thank you for saying it, drake London is so unbelievably incredible. I believe he broke the falcons first 2 years receptions record with the insane qb wheel of Mariota, ridder, and Henike
I think Trey Smith used to work at Denny's or something, he's got a lot of experience serving pancakes. Also I think my favorite underrated offensive player is Isaiah Likely. Like McBride, he's been a productive, versatile tight end to this point in his career, and like Warren, he plays as a backup on a team that gets a lot of national coverage. It's not unusual for the Ravens to use multiple tight ends at a time, and they've been pretty good at developing them, but I still think he was a top-10 tight end last year and didn't get the recognition for it.
Dallas Goedart is a top 5 TE and one of the most underrated TE in the league. His injuries are really what holds him back from Travis Kelce type numbers.
If not for my guy Lindy, you got to mention Isiah Likely. Matchup Nightmare, savvy and finds "the open space" like Travis Kelce. And he is only in year 3.

It’s really cool to see him on this stage for one because he deserve it but also it really makes me think that dreams are possible cause I was next to that man day in day out at one point lol
Come on Brett, you can’t talk about 5 underrated offensive players without bringing up Nico Collins. Dude had a legit top 10 WR season last year and no one outside of Houston talks about him.
Hell yeah for Trey McBride!! I can’t wait to see what he has in stored in year 3 … Lol it’s been awhile since cards had a dynamic or promising TE since Jackie Smith…Yikes! The days of our grandparents or when Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter were in office .. Jesus!
Even the Steelers fans I know underrate Warren. I think some Najee nostalgia plays into it because I just could not understand why they weren’t angry he wasn’t the dude
One thing about Jaylen Warren, I wonder how much of his eye popping Y/A and broken tackle rate metrics are from being the 3rd down back facing light fronts. He faced a heavy box (8+) only 12% of the time (vs. someone like Singletary on the Texans, 23%) and likely faced Nickel/Dime more than others too. He’s talented, but I’m usually wary of the idea of the 3rd down back picking up more work, usually exposes deficiencies in their game
Khalil Shakir i think is gonna make a bigger name for himself this upcoming season. He looked good in the season and upped his game during the Bills postseason i thought.

As a kc fan Id rather keep Creed andTre and lose Bolton. But it seems like kc will choose creed and bolton, letting Tre walk. Wish we could keep all 3 but won't be able to
They should keep Smith and Creed. We already saw how Mahomes performed with a horrible O-line. No need to go back to that nonsense if you don’t have to.

At TE they have a freak in McBride but they also drafted thee most athletic in the draft who’s a YAC monster at his size 6”5/271lb Tip Reiman running a 4.61 35in vert n 6.88 3 cone at that size is insane. Reiman is an elite pass/run blocking TE as well but like Kittle in Iowa the school he played at Illinois didn’t utilize TEs much as receivers being a run first offense which with an athlete like Reiman is flat out coaching malpractice slash incompetence 😂. When Reiman was used his tape pops as he had a 144.5 QB Passer Rating when targeted 2nd among all TEs and he’s an excellent route runner who knows how to separate w/10.5in hands. At his size he’s a YAC beast reminds me a lot of Gronk. Those two at TE will make for one of the best 1-2 TEs in the NFL for a long time to come.

Only 2 running backs with 90+ attempts averaged more rushing yards over expected than Jaylen Warren last year. Devon Achane and Christian McCaffrey.

I like McBride and London for fantasy. Warren im not touching unless cheap, im just too scared of Fields being so close to being QB1
Raheem Mostert keeps being stupid productive and no one gives him credit. He's got some of the best eyes of any back I've ever watched.
Also Jaylen Warren is an absolute DAWG of a pass protector
Finally Trey Smith starting to get some recognition that he so deserves. We got him in the 6th Round too.
It's fun that these guys are all well known amongst fantasy analysts.
glad you included trigga trey mcbeast

As a Steelers fan I can vouch for McBride. Dude cooked us and was a big reason why they beat us last year
Dontayvion Wicks deserves a mention for sure
