I like the fact that the moral of the video is to find balence as both lives are bad in exess, drinking and drugs will eventually cause unhappyness and being retained in an institute means she will never go or do anything in her life. It's about doing things in moderation in life having fun but also being sensible and knowing whats good for you

Lucy Cookman the story line actually doesn't go at all because they are trying to make the girls be Mormon missionary's with the name tag but mormons don't wear crosses and can wear makeup also they don't allow men missionary's have facial hair so that doesn't add up, and in the end that is nothing a missionary wears at all at any point of their mission. they wear garments under their chlothes so... maybe they should do their research before they put out a stupid video like this mocking the LDS church.

+Acid It is pretty lame that they didn't do their research..So many things aren't correct to the point that it would've been better to just get rid of the whole part of making them specifically Mormon missionaries, and just make them missionaries of some unsaid faith. The song is good but, the video is slightly insulting to one's intelligence.
Fall Jeanny take what you will from it but I think it's mostly more even though it may have ties to mormons in some case I personally believe it's more to show to people from different walks of life coming together and all this new freedom she is given.

FanofEverythingz I relate so much. I was a missionary for the Mormon church about a year ago. Afterward I questioned everything I believed. I decided that it was too repressive, especially since I’m a gay man. So I left and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the later day saints in Korea. I'm so thankful that I got to know this singer's song and made me happy with a good song. But everything has a line that should not be crossed. Please respect my religious values. I had served as a missionary for a year and a half and it was a spiritual gift to me. So I am worried and sad that other people misunderstand my church because of this video. At least I've never seen a missionary like that before while I was serving as a missionary.

The beginning to me symbolizes repression and a sense of having to do something because you are expected to do it. Towards the ending to me it symbolized the art of carefreeness and just letting go. Then in the end she had to let freedom go because she was expected to do something she might not believe in anymore. I just think this is what the video means.
