My feeling exactly. Bless you brother. Being centred in the self (our true self) is not self centred. Glad more of us are finding this direct path, it really allows us to discover the richness and depth of 12 step recovery 😊🙏🏻

I wonder if you include addiction to thinking or knowledge or understanding as one of the varieties of addiction? Or do you think it has a sort of special or different place given its nature?

There can be addictive thought patterns and emotional patterns yes. These are often looked at when one enters recovery. Its very freeing to go beyond them.

Do you explore these honesties in more detail somewhere?

I’ll explore more on the three honesties, keep checking the videos for when I do.

@@steveford4249 Thank you. I think this points to something essential, even ethical, about presence. To ignore or avoid the truth can be felt as a sort of dishonesty.

I’m sometimes frozen in fear. How do I know if I’m open and feeling/seeing fear or just fearful in my mind of the fear in my body? Do I know when I’m connected?

Instead of relating to your frozen fear, relate instead to aeareness, and as that awareness, be amidst your frozen fear, and let the cold ice melt in the light of what you are as consiousness. Love to you.
