You cannot practice awareness but mindfulness. Let go can't take place mentally nor manually. It has to resist first after many trials it gives up and then it let it go. But if we try to assist mind in anyways it goes manual and wind up more. It takes more time to heal properly or de condition or deconstruct whatever is constructed in fantasy. You would not even remember that thing again. So forcing not to think about it's counter productive. It itself is of thinking about it. Let it resist and settle down and disappear. It has to lose its momentum. It can be due to focus on other things or giving up after all possible ways of trying. You can never practice this because practicing itself is a conditioning and strengthening of the same mental force equal to attachments. Attachment means conditioning. So trying to not attach has the same effect as equal to attaching. It's a program. Deep state program

How Can You Be So Sure Of This Statement You've just given ? I know too that illusion ! But do you know there are illusions behind illusions? and behind it also illusions as well ?

It was a big deal for me when I became self-aware, when I became conscious I was alive. Soon after I experienced being conscious of all creation, but it didn’t last long, however the experience taught me that there is only consciousness itself, which means I, a human, don’t exist except in my own mind. Well that sucks, I thought. I am not real. So I decided to enjoy life anyway. I may not be real, but I’m real enough to me, and I have learned how to enjoy all that is life, and anyway, who knows, maybe I’ll be around awhile, a play toy for consciousness. Maybe it likes its toys, or else why are there peaches and mayhem. I bet consciousness never gets bored.

Idk why however, this question is arising. If someone is kidnapped or is in an abusive relationship, whats that???? Is THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENING? Or WHERE IS THAT HAPPENING???

Finally, something I can agree with. There is only one thing. One thing.

I suspect it's a Magnesium deficiency.

As we are conditioned we make wrong assumptions. This is an informationbased reality which our findamental consciousness projects. But information is not nothing. Information is real. So even this is a virtual reality, virtual cosmos, virtual avatars (humans) just our actual avatar, there is nothing more real than every VR we interpret. Our dreams are real, the information in this VR is real even the ruleset isn‘t physical. Information exists, because consciousness exists. There is no information without consciousness and reality is just a function of fundamental consciousness, but real not nothing. No other VR is more real than this, information is equal and we are the gatherer of information. Hope this helps

Today I was returning some books to the library and was about to cross the street. As I approached the street, I looked both ways and out of nowhere, it hit me 'My mental thoughts are exactly as my life is' as if my life currently is the exactly as my thoughts. It hit me like a ton of bricks, my dominant thoughts are exactly my life, i don't know how else to explain it. At that moment it made absolute sense, that there was no difference, that I was exactly where my thoughts have led me.

Pink Floyd said something like The sun is eclipsed by the moon so I will see you on the dark side of the moon
