  • I am excited to annouce the closing of 158 Kimberly Avenue in historic Grove Park ✨
158 Kimberly Ave is an example of restrained elegance in one of Asheville’s premier locations. Built in 1926 reimagined down to the studs, the spacious floor plan blends luxurious modern amenities with hints of the home’s original craftsmanship. Entering through the front door, herringbone red oak floors are a nod to the past yet wonderfully in vogue. Inviting you to the heart of this level, the chef’s kitchen. Stunning cabinets with granite countertops are seamlessly integrated with KitchenAid appliances. A scullery is the perfect addition for kitchen storage and prepping. The kitchen overlooks the large great room with access to the rear porch and the dining room that offers a formal but intimate feel. The bedroom level is located above, creating total privacy. The primary suite, for instance, overlooks the golf course, affording natural light and total tranquility. Its bathroom is a sight to behold-double vanities, freestanding soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

LOL You'd think for $2 Mil they could've thrown in some landscaping out front! 😂😂 Or maybe put in a driveway out front so your guests don't have to enter through the back door. I do love, LOVE, *LOVE* that front door!! They did a phenomenal job blending the new addition onto the rear of the home. Great remodel overall, I just wish they would've extended the front porch over some to the left of the front door - maybe even done that section as a covered porch since the home has such great views of the Grove Park.
