  • A little bit of video game commentry I've been working on for a few weeks. Its kind of crud for the amount of time poured into it and now that its done I see a billion different mistakes to fix especially given I'm seeing it at full resolution instead of the tiny window in Sony Vegas - but I'd rather it be uploaded now than never, given the limited time I have to make the rest of the series. A lot of things to fix and improve in the next episode then.
Either way though, hope you enjoy - my apologies for my accent and voice. I know it sucks but my audio skills are sadly a bit lacking. I'm hoping to find a voice actor for episode 2 or perhaps some way to filter things.
Anyways, if anyone wants the script for this to read through, its up here: tinyurl.com/44o...
Episode 2 will likely be up in two weeks from the looks of it. Of course, feedback and thoughts are greatly appreciated - both on the content itself and the style - and I'm considering that may occur in Minecraft, depending on the machinima tools available.

Hey man, love the video. Keep it up!
However, I must argue that Killing and Looting are the main ways players interact with the world in most games, so grindy quests with Killing and Looting should be there but in small amounts. Way smaller than they currently are. Many things could be done, and are being done currently.
For example, WoW Cata has a quest which is a direct rip off from Plants vs Zombies, but is still fun nonetheless. And Guild Wars 2 has some neat ideas, let's hope it works.

So true. This is why I'm waiting for Guild Wars 2 due to their dynamic quest system. Looking forwards to seeing more videos like this one.
