Man that drunk guy was a tell box, the way he was like Oh- he raised? What is it? $40? Playing dumb and then the " ya know what i guess im all in" ..then the giggling just looks so comfortable. Best case ur against AJ and no way he has that hand. Gotta put the ego down and fold vs the annoying drunk tellbox

I also limit my losses to 2buy ins. I'm usually emotionally unstable after lossing 2 buy ins. Don't play your range too much in those limits. Also opening wider (QJo) then you should I would not recommend. I'd much rather going wider on the suited gapper hands then wider on the Broadway cards. Those people just call preflop with KQ AQ from BTN/SB/BB against any position and those you get so much reverse implied odds to value own yourself like you did.
@@BrantzenPoker Also don't ever trust Hollywood plays before you see this guy get delt 10hands. If he folded 7/10 he definitely not drunk. If he plays 8/10 as raise he definitely drunk or got super lucky preflop hands. He got me with his play too. I mean this was really good Hollywood play got to be honest.
I like the analysis of the AcQc preflop hand but after enough live poker your initial gut feeling for those situations is usually the best. Unless you can recall back and see your mind playing tricks on you (just because you lost KK 2 times against such a Hollywood play doesn't mean you shouldn't call) KK are snap call for those stacks any day obv. But sometimes your mind might relate back to the way you lost and your initial gut be wrong. But if it's as close spot as AcQc you should definitely go with the initial gut feeling.

I think you missed an opportunity to use the mortal Kombat style lettering & put "brutality" on the screen for that last hand🥊 good Lord that was brutal🆘 The sad thing is, really not much you could have done differently, choosing your spots playing position three betting where you should & making good lay downs 💪💯

I had the same situation last week when I went out to play poker. had good cards then villians just over raising me forcing me to fold. it was just crazy. it wasn't my night either. so I know how it feels. I felt my decisions were solid just like yours. but the villians just plays super loose. and I think you did the right plays too. and they over raise you badly too. so it's one of those nights.
