As far as I know, you can't get a physical key made for this lock. The lock comes with a physical key and the only way you can get another key is to rekey the deadbolt.
Hi there, This usually happens if the lock is not installed correctly. If you have just installed the lock, remove the interior assembly and reinstall it - make sure the latch bolt is retracted while installing it, and the thumb turn in the vertical position. Also, reset the lock before performing the door handing detection.
@SmartTechVille I was thinking that was the case. My husband God Bless him isn't very handy. So I won't tell him that, don't want to hurt his feelings. 😆 thank you for answering.
@@shahzada3197 Hi again, I've responded to your comment in the other video. You'll need to reset the lock -- then use the default Programming Code, which is 0000 to reprogram the lock. I've demonstrated how to that in this video. Try watching from the beginning to the end.
Hi there, Default PC -- 0000 can only be used to program the lock. You can open the door with the default UC -- 1234. Make sure to change the default PC and delete the default UC to ensure security.

If the reset is successful, it will restore the factory default settings, so you now have 0000 as the default Programming Code and 1234 as the default User Code. I installed it following the instructions. When i came to the electronic part is where my issue occurred. I reset it, did my master code to do the door identification process, and when it was supposed to come out and go back in automatically, it didnt. The inside lock would move slightly forward and back a few times with beeps and then nothing happens. The motor inside is trying to turn the lock but it wont work. If i use the key, its fine as well as manually locking it from the interior side. Help!
@@n1njas It looks like the lock isn't installed correctly. Try removing the interior assembly and reinstalling it -- make sure the Thumb Turn is set in the vertical position and the latch bolt retracted while reinstalling it. Also, check that the two long screws are not too tight.

What if you forget the programming code? We just moved in and I only got one user code from the seller
