How do you program to turn on for 5 minutes every hour?

I changed the batteries to new batteries, but it’s not allowing me to do anything. It doesn’t recognize that I’m pressing anything. I press the temperature up and it doesn’t go up. I press down it doesn’t go down.

When I hold the button for 30seconds, it beeps, shows red, then I let go and press again but it doesnt do anything .. no red and green flashing or anything

After I do the bolt detection and move onto the changing default (hit 4) I get 4 red beeps. Tried many times. Frustrating. Any ideas?

The lock is not locked, but the damn door will not open. There has to be a jam inside the Schlage keypad mechanism. Sure is a rotten deal.

I just installed this lock, but the "programming" section of instructions, was very vague and not helpful. Even using the reset tool seemed off because I never heard a long "beep" when it was supposed to be "learning" the orientation.
