  • Part 11 of the Signs of the Last Day series.
The signs which were revealed more than fourteen centuries ago have already begun to appear. With all the news of devastating natural disasters, endless warfare, perpetual suffering and indiscriminate violence, it is important for us to study the Prophetic guidance in this matter. These classes will comprehensively discuss the signs of the Last Day through a number of sources.

if you read authentic history of the banu umayyah you will conclude that they were the best after khulafa arrashedeen . the fact that they had the fortune being the materialisation of the praise of ruling within the first three best generation of Muslims testifies to their superiority over the abbasids

I disagree, their rulers did good but also did bad, in this way they were typical rulers of history, no way you can say they were on the level or close to the level of the Khulafa.

Assalamu alykm wr wb. I asked a question to the mufti and he hasn’t answered it. It’s about student loans. Maybe he didn’t get my email. Allahu alam. In the email I asked, he many years ago declared Student loans Haram. However he’s friends with Shaykh Haitham and he has clearly made them halal . How can there be such a contrast in Haram halal by two senior UK scholars? And what does the Mufti stand by his Fatwa on the student loans being unlawful. His silence on this matter is such a crucial issue that tens of thousands of youth have now taken this verdict from Shaykh Haitham. Is there a clear answer and why is the mufti silent?

all these rulers same for power, they killed innocents weather its ayubis, salahudeen , fatimid or abasi or someone else . this is rule of power . please don't try to prove how religious were some of your favorite one . Muslim history is not something we should be proud of

You speak of ulama creating literature in the golden age. Why is that not the case now with scholars tackling contemporary issues like evolution and atheism. Instead of making ulama giants in academia, they are reduced to leading prayers in a masjid which you dont even need knowledge to do.

I agree majority of us are somehow regressing as an ummah but alhamdulillah there are still amazing ulama still doing great contemporary works. It’s hard to come but the contemporary ulama have laid the groundwork and have preserved our Deen now inshallah it’s up to the next generation and the generation after that will lead the way forward

you must be a product of indoctrination of modern academia . you don't need to waste time and energy to refute the myth of evolution by learning nonsense from the every institutions that aggressively promote those nonsense . the scientific fairy tales of modern science can to flushed in minutes . if you don't understand how modern scientific mythology is spread you will suffer from irreversible inferiority complex . if you don't need knowledge for leading salah what do you need knowledge for .
