I was so perplexed when I noticed that you cleared your acne very fast as for me it took years of trying random stuff so thanks for sharing and uncovering the mystery. Anyways, here is what I found out: You could probably improve your acne significantly by just avoiding seed oils. It's kinda rough, but doable...it is not smoking, you don't need to quit cold turkey. You can just look for reddit posts where people talk about the effect of eliminating seed oils on their skin, or look for youtube videos/podcasts for some proof. That's obviously not the whole picture (eating pasta not made from durum wheat, pesticides in foods, likely some mineral/vitamin deficiencies also will cause some acne), but I think seed oils are the main culprit and a good starting point. Alternatives that can be used instead of seed oils for cooking are beef tallow (best), lard or butter. Olive oil is ok-ish too if it is not mixed with seed oils like canola oil (which apparently is not that uncommon in America). I have easy time getting lard where I live but maybe beef tallow is easier in Canada. Beautiful videos, cool vibes, good music. 🤌
