Thank you for your compliment. Castor sugar is a type of fine granulated sugar. It has more finely ground crystals than granulated sugar, which means it dissolves faster. If you can’t find it you can actually substitute it with granulated sugar. Hope this helps.

What is castor sugar? Is that texture between confectioners powder sugar and regular granular sugar?
