The only annoying thing about Nilou is that currently the only dendro team mates she can have with off field dendro applications are Collei and Traveller who are both burst dependent so require High ER. Nahida's arrival will probably reduce this issue since she alone has enough Dendro application to compete with above two and its Skill dependent don't need to high ER and very large area(almost a domain) So i think in future i can imagine Nilou Kokomi Nahida Traveller being a super strong team even without crowd control since Nahida and Kokomi are ranged characters to some extent and Nilou is there just to boost bloom dmg like crazy.
lol and what issues of ER do u see in the video? none of those 2 have ER issue at all because they just go ER weap + sand if necessary, mines are not even fully built and they have their ulti up on every rotation. and since their dmg is non important they don't even have a downside for going ER.

With Nahida you can slap as much as EM on her and she will share EM based on party member with max EM and that will boost bloom dmg procced by all party members. In a Hyperbloom or Burgeon team i agree that Traveller and Collei's dmg is non important since Electro/Pyro are the ones proccing them but in a Bloom team with Nilou any dendro core procced by any teammate will explode instantly , so their dmg does matter.

It is viable tho. You just need to use Kokomi as on field bloom trigger and give her some EM. You already get 220 from sac frags + 100 from Nilou + 80 from dendro resonance, so you don't need much more. A EM sands should be enough

You don't need that much EM on Kokomi. You should build her with HP too cause you REALLY need the healing for a Nilou team. Also you can put either Collei or Dendro MC on instructor to get 120 EM for whole party.
Kokomi heals enough. You want to put anyone else than nilou on full EM to proc the blooms, usually a dendro on field, but if u have enough off field dendro application, you can put it on kokomi.
Hey Moga theres currently a bug in nilou sometimes her burst doesn't do any dmg,hoyoverse has recognize this bug and will be giving apologems to everyone for compensation for the bug. You experienced this when you tried nilou vape.
I always use Collei's skill before using Nilou's skill to activate both Nilou and Collei's aura and have additional bountiful cores before going into the full burst rotation. I think it's a dps loss when you start with with hydro in any rotation unless your dendro characters are highly invested.
The thing is, if you don't start with Nilou first, your blooms will not be bountiful cores. Using Collei first before Nilou means when Nilou triggers a bloom before she activates her aura on the third hit of her skill, you trigger an ordinary bloom instead of the special bountiful cores coz you triggered the reaction at the first hit of her skill, which doesn't have her aura yet.
Yes, that's true. But Nilou's E takes a few seconds to complete before you get her aura. By the time you finish, the enemies might start attacking you in abyss. Since my Collei is only at level 20, it's safer to start with her first before enemies one shot her. Also I forgot to mention that hydro only consumes half of the dendro aura, compared to dendro consuming hydro aura. So even if you lose one core at the beginning, you still get more or less the same amount of bountiful cores since hydro procs more cores than dendro. It's always recommended for hydro to proc bloom for more cores. :)

At that time, I didn't want to invest in her since I know Nahida will only replace her. Now, I have lvl 90 Nahida and my rotations are much more easier with more room for mistakes since I don't have to worry about her getting one shot by the enemies hahahaha

After having Nilou, I just felt the need to have an artifact loadout even more. It kinda sucks to constantly change her build from full hp to hp-hydro-crit, same with Kokomi's full hp to em build.
Hey Moga! Klee can double vape with her 2 skill uses if you time it properly and with one of her cons(c4 I think) she has defence shred, however, I do know I'd bloom even accounts for def but just in case yeah. Edit: It's her c2
Best use for Nilou if you’re trying to get Kokomi to be the consistent trigger, don’t use her AoE ring and just normal ATK 3 times. Again, like you said, it’s not a big deal since Nilou has decent EM but just if you wanna optimize.
My only problem with Nilou that was a dealbreaker for me is that there’s not too many Dendro characters. hopefully in the future when We get more Dendro characters she’ll have more options for team comps
I mean I get building Kokomi with EM, but I just can't do it, I like her healing my entire team almost instantly with one jelly tick too much, I have enough EM on everyone to get about 30k-34k blooms and that's enough honestly cause I can also keep the cushion of Kokomi keeping everyone full health super easy.
You should use just normal heal Kokomi build and stack EM on both dendro. There is not much time to actually autoatack with Kokomi and hope she is going trigger the reaction, most of the reaction in this team is triggered by dendro.

Before I watch this video… I can say that Nilou is more as an investment for future characters to complement her kit and to bring out her full potential. Yes, I have Nilou(Lv90 with her Bis weapon) She really excels with multiple enemies(of any kind) then against single targets(as such, bosses)

I tried out Nilou and she kills everyone in a matter of seconds. She did 150K twice with her burst after applying dendro to my enemies. She’s only going to get better once more dendro characters drop.
On Monday i got mona to c1 at 87 PITY and earlier i got nilou on 4 pity😭😭 i didn't get to prepare for her material cause i thought im just gonna wait for ayaka😭😭 so glad i got her, her attack animation and skill are so beautiful and she's so strong😭😭😭😭

She is super f2p friendly since like her whole team are free units if you don't have Kokomi In her own team she is honestly very broken and this is without Nahida rn outside of it no but you can make it work if you want to Artifacts are also pretty easy to farm which is always great And maybe in the future she gets her own artifact set which could be an even bigger buff So yeah imo worth it while she is very niche and restricted in that specific setup she works very good.

on single target she's not really good tbh but for multi target I'd prefer her(personally I found her very easy to play and build) I built her in just 2 days and was able to clear abyss f12 all chambers 1st halves in 2 minutes 15 seconds. Imo, she's a good unit
At 3 Hydro - 1 Dendro, yes you are right. There is something interesting discussion about this. At 2 Hydro 2 Dendro it's hard to track the one proccing bloom. Because of that why don't we just go quantity over quality by slapping EM to everyone? So we don't care who trigger what. This is also inline with Nilou's design since she gives EM to everyone so her passive is fully utilized.
I run a Bloom/Burgeon Comp. From what I can tell. Nilou does her job best for Her Bountiful Cores... Perhaps a little too well. Her Issue is survivability, Normal Cores usually aren't hard to deal with. But Nilou's B. Cores hurts like a truck. Should have put Kokomi on Healer role instead of her triggering the B. Cores since Nilou's Passive does that for you, I suggest Collei or DMC for triggering the Blooms since those Cores explode upon sprouting.

@@freshii3716 IMO Barbara do much better here than Kokomi bcoz her burst heal whole team to full unlike kokomi heal over time and if you ask yes i did already try in abys nobody die
on single target she's not really good tbh but for multi target I'd prefer her(personally I found her very easy to play and build)
I built her in just 2 days and was able to clear abyss f12 all chambers 1st halves in 2 minutes 15 seconds.

At 3 Hydro - 1 Dendro, yes you are right. There is something interesting discussion about this. At 2 Hydro 2 Dendro it's hard to track the one proccing bloom. Because of that why don't we just go quantity over quality by slapping EM to everyone? So we don't care who trigger what. This is also inline with Nilou's design since she gives EM to everyone so her passive is fully utilized.
I run a Bloom/Burgeon Comp. From what I can tell. Nilou does her job best for Her Bountiful Cores... Perhaps a little too well.
Her Issue is survivability, Normal Cores usually aren't hard to deal with. But Nilou's B. Cores hurts like a truck. Should have put Kokomi on Healer role instead of her triggering the B. Cores since Nilou's Passive does that for you, I suggest Collei or DMC for triggering the Blooms since those Cores explode upon sprouting.
