@@RELAX-yu7co Since I want to keep posting videos and hopefully make this my main job at some point I have to keep my builds behind a paywall. I know it sucks for people who don't have the means to pay for things on the internet. I will also post some free builds going forward and if you check my videos there's already one build you can download for free. For this build I will probably make a tutorial when I'm finished with the tutorial for "The Autumn Castle", so people who don't want to spend money can make the build themselves.
I cannot thank you enough for the inspiration your timelapses & showcases give!! You are such an unbelievably talented builder and seeing how much research and effort that you have put into these builds puts me in awe. I can’t wait to see your channel grow and find many more projects to come!
While seeing builf this masterpiece, i could imagine the king of this palace moving around on walks, his little princes' running and his daughter the princess spending time playing on the queens lap, the royal guards with their stern body guarding the palace. You know you have achieved a other plane of greatness when your creations can make people imagine stories based off of your work.
Thanks you so much! Just keep on building and get inspiration from other builders. Fantasy artwork of castles etc. from Deviant Art is a source for a lot of my inspiration. And real life architecture of course. :-)

I like watching Minecraft Timelapse videos because I want to imagine myself just in these builds, The builds here are amazing and huge I already watched a couple of your videos and they are great ❤️
Great attention to detail, fantasy grounded in reality, such as the Si he yuan here. Something that's definitely Chinese inspired over the various other generic "asian" builds that seem to often muddy the waters between architectural styles. I like your attention to detail and the real life referencing, you also do the same for your Japanese builds, with their roof construction etc.
aitharel there is one thing i wanna say and one thing only, those "japanese builds" are literal chinese and other form of east asian architecture, i know the amount of japanese fetishization and the amount of times east asian architecture has been mistaken for "japanese" architecture, i do know one thing only for certain, those "japanese" builds are not really quite japanese as you may think they are
I would love to see a movie fully animated and voice acted in Minecraft with beautiful sets with this level of detail. This was a joy to watch. Thank you!
well done! I have been to many places in China and have been deeply attracted by the traditional Chinese architecture. And what you have built just makes me feel as if I were in Beijing , Suzhou, xi'an or any other historical city, admiring the splendid traditional buildings.I assume you must have pour tens of efforts into your work, cause there are so many details, like the water, the light, the furniture and one particular thing called "dougong" ,a decoration seen on the eaves of many ancient Chinese buildings.
Thank you so much! I did use a lot of time with this build and built many iterations to get to the final result, but I really enjoy the process so the time put in is worth it.

Can you do a traditional stone Vietnamese building? Would be cool to see. South East Asian architecture is similar to East Asian architecture, but there are differences that make them both unique.
What an amazing build! Love the content, the way you edited and filmed the video! Keep up the amazing work you’re doing. I subscribed to see more of this incredible content!
@@SixWings there's a continent based on Asia called Pandaria in there. And there's also various real world references such as Native American, medieval, African, Latin American, Scandinavian, Greek, Rome, etc. But some of the references aren't dead obvious. Either way, there's loads of choice for inspiration. Within the last few years, I even attempted to create builds inspired by places in the Warcraft world. I'm a huge fan of Warcraft, and I'm into the fantasy genre too.
@@beccamaroney3782 Sounds great. I haven't kept up with anything Warcraft related, but I'll definitely check out the different locations. Can't have enough inspiration. ;-) I get a lot of inspiration form From Software games. They do a good job of staging their architecture so to speak, which is how I think when designing my builds. Being deliberate with how the builds are approached to see them from the right angle in the right context. But honestly, I get inspiration from all sorts of places. Real life, artwork etc.
I’ve always dreamed to build like you, unfortunately my houses are often a cube or a little more than that. Your works are really impressive and inspirational. Don’t stop❤👍
This is SO mindblowingly incredible!! really want to try to build this in my world as well! Can't wait for the tuturials! That would be so so so helpful! Thank you for all your hard work :D
This is another lush, lovely build with well edited, smooth, almost soothing cinematography. The mangrove wood has such an amazing rich red tone that really lends itself well to a build of this style and the mud bricks look almost seamless with the oak wood. Very interesting roof textures! It gives it a nice, shingled look. I also love the dragon curled round/through the roofline. If I'm not being nosy, how long do these builds take you just in construction/finishing time? Not including video editing. You always produce these intricate and MASSIVE structures. It must take ages, even with the… structure block? World edit? thing you do to repeat those modular build sections. (But then it's very easy to get into a zone and just keep building. I've started on something and suddenly it's 4am and I have no idea where the night went.)
I'm so glad you liked it. It's actually jungle planks on the roof. Tried out different kinds but landed on jungle wood. It seemed to blend better with the mud bricks. It's difficult to tell how much time I've used on the build exactly because I've worked on and off for around two weeks. Probably several whole days. I start by building it in my test world where I try out everything to see what works. I typically I end up with many iterations before I decide how the final design should be. 🙂
Whoops, jungle planks. I don't get to work with them much since I can never find jungles in my survival worlds but they REALLY look great with the mud brick. I can definitely see this taking days worth of hours. You put a lot of work into your builds, which definitely shows, and it's always a delight to see them shared. Thank you so much for uploading.
Thanks! I actually started with deepslate roofs like my other builds, but the dark red of the mangrove trees in combination with the dark roofs made the build feel.. well.. almost sci-fi-esque in a wierd way. I changed it and I think it works very well now and close to the colour pallet used in a lot of traditional Chinese architecture.

Also, one for me and one for my buddy.
