I haven't used the official app; is there multiple themes, or did you write your own CSS for it to make it look how you like for streams? Or is there some sort of Clocktower API you're using? Because your app looks so different than those in other streams.
3 evils alive isn't a real win condition. Games often end on 3 evils alive because the evil team wins by refusing to nominate, and then killing in the night. Ending the game in that circumstance saves everyone the time of running through that day. Milk was still a good player with the ability to nominate, so the day had to be run. That makes the revival of the Mutant a particularly interesting and balanced decision to me; while Patters regarded it as a negative, I think it did more to help the good team. There was one less good player who was going to claim their real character, and theoretically one more chance to execute the demon. A fitting price considering the good team lost a player, some deadvotes, and a lot of solving space from the wish.

It's a combination of CSS changes, moving things about and OBS cutting and resizing.

The Demon's ability didn't work (it didn't kill the Mayor) because it killed someone else.
