Hey Latif, First of all, thank you so much for all your beautiful videos. Very inspiring! I have learnt a lot from you recently and even my 13-year-old son has found his way into the kitchen🤗 Sometimes a reaction comes out of him like ' guys, this is phenomenal' & 'yooooo, this amazing dish'! So children also get interested in cooking with your videos. Anyway, I actually have two questions for you. Could you make 'bhuna prawn on puree' sometime and would you make it with small prawns? And the second question; where do you get those pans from (thick steel, with wooden handle). A thousand thanks for your reply & keep up the good work. We are fans!
Latif bro... I've been watching your channel from the begining... Just wanted to say I really appreciate what you do and you helped me through the Covid lockdowns massively
I’ve been making something similar recently….a curry with chicken mince kofta. I’ve been loving that, and I’ll be making this one soon with lamb mince kofta. Thank you as always, Latif!
One of my favorite dishes kofta. Masha Allah great detailed explanation in all the videos. Can't wait for you to make paya now. May Allah SWT give you the strength and energy to make more videos to share with us
Every sentient race has its own version of Swedish meatballs. Any B5 fans will get the reference. I made these today, except I was inspired to add coconut milk in place of water. It was wonderful. Thank you Latif.
Looks wonderful. I made your lamb chops the other day, WOW!! I've made your tomato puree too, that should take my curries to the next level. Thanks for sharing Laif!
Got my keema mix in the fridge. Got my onion/whole spices in the pan, approaching ready for water and spice powders. Wonderful aroma already. Would it be fair to say that this recipe is leaning a bit more trad than BIR? I love it all. Keep it up chief, keep it up! Additional: It was absolutely delicious.
Lovely ! Defo one to try! Was gonna ask - what would you do with a whole chicken ? The only downsides with south Asian cooking is that everything else tastes so bland 😋
Wow this is something I need to try out, how come all food that comes from a country with the people having a browner skin? All so good and for any of them coming here when asked to all those years ago when they were colonies when we needed help in the wars have more right to be here than me as they were here before I was born. With out them all from that and other areas of the world would have not given us Goras the chance to make our lives better with this amazing food! Boy, I need to get back to Nepal asap 😂😋👍🥰
I've tried several kofta curries but this is easily the best I've ever had. I'm also doing a low carb diet to control my blood sugars so had this with a carrot, swede and potatoe mash from Waitrose that was about 8g carbs per 100g. I'm just sick of having cauliflower rice all the timewith curry. Maybe you could come up with a better version of a mash to go with your curries.
Have you tried using West Bengal, India 's delicious Aamsottar ( mango 🥭 leather), Kuler achar ( berry pickle), Gondhoraj lebu and its delicious leaves, Batabi lebu ( pomelo), bori ( pulses balls), etc. in your culinary creations?
Latif, dude, you didn’t have to make this video. When was the last time, Swedish cuisine was cuisine? Umm, never, unless you went back to the Vikings time. Comparing Swedish meatballs to koftas is like comparing rotten oranges with apples, I guess.
Another cracking recipe, thank you. I always smile when you say 'Bismillah. It is very comforting.
Perfect for an Indian style meatball sub or spaghetti and meatballs
Yes, definitely
Love to see the notification that Latif has uploaded! Nothing but respect for this gentleman🏆💪
Legend!
I will be making this for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Please do!
This looks absolutely delicious chef
Your meatball recipe is off the scale !!!! What a fantastic curry. Thanks very much

Great idea. Thanks👍👍👍

Love your recipes. And this looks like another superb dish - although I think I’ll be flattening these into burgers during BBQ season 👍👍
Yes you can do
I made this and these meatballs taste amazing, thank you :)
Definitely going to give this a go!
Amazing, simple recipe huge flavour

Your one pot cooking is amazing! Is there an easy chicken tikka masala?
looks epic... would you normally eat this with rice?
Lovely 🙏🏼
Thank you 🙌
Looking great Latif! I was just thinking of something high in protein for dinner to keep my diet.

There is so much you can do like curry, stew, soup, fried chicken etc!!!

Looks amazing 👍🏽 where do you get your keema from?
I bought this from local supermarket

Could you do any street food kind of meals?

5:22 Or make a big one and flatten into a burger pattie. 🍔
Yo!!!
Could you use beef or pork mince for this? Lamb is 7 quid near me.
why would you be worried about nutmeg or mace in the garam masala ?
Latif, dude, you didn’t have to make this video. When was the last time, Swedish cuisine was cuisine? Umm, never, unless you went back to the Vikings time. Comparing Swedish meatballs to koftas is like comparing rotten oranges with apples, I guess.
Mate, have you gone off your keto diet?
I’m still on low carb.
**is using tomato paste Bangladesh inspired.?**
It is not fair 😢😢😢😢😢
Love keema but dont like meatballs its weird. Keep up the good work . Have you ever done a crab curry
I’ll need to cook one soon
America is coming for the oil on the plate! 😂😂
Looks like goooh bro 😂😂😂
You might want to update the ingredients bhai, you forgot to write garam masala on there.
