@Amethyst Athens, ma'am , 1st of all I love your first name, my wife & I cook a lot of shrimp, but I do most of the cooking. You probably know this, but shrimp are listed as how many per pound. Just eyeballing these, they appear to be 12-16 count per pound, or 10-15, I'm 58 & many yrs ago I learned that crustaceans have more flavor the larger they are, shrimp, prawns, lobsters, crabs, etc...these are a nice tasty size, the best are 6-8 =colossal & then the get smaller , jumbo, Xtra large, large, medium, all the way down to the little salad shrimp. Price is more per pound from the largest to the smallest, I hope that helps you, God bless you & yours.

i've had shrimp in the freezer for a while now and i had no idea what to make with it. i finally found it!! i cannot wait to make this. is there anything i could substitute for the wine? i'm not a big fan of the wine taste and would love it if there was something i could substitute it with. keep cooking this wonderful food!!!!
