Literally been searching for how to use this move since I picked up Jin a couple years ago and finally , this is brilliant !Btw when I try it depending on the range of the jab and my timing with the power stance my frame data shows different plus frames ( as low as plus 2 and as high as plus 18 ) how do I get some consistency? Even here on your vid sometimes it shows u are in heavy minus frames but u still get the push back animation and seemingly plus frames , please explain .

Its really difficult to get true consistency for it since its based on a hard read...a few ways I forgot to put into the video Clean walls splat situations 1) back dash, d/f1, PS 2) back dash, 3, PS 3) Back dash (delayed) d/f1, PS (Opponent closer to the floor) 4) Delayed WS4, PS (Opponent closer to the floor) It will just require more experimentation.....also it can be beat in 3 ways so that is also a challenge for it......namco should buff power stance lol Jin would be too good then lolol

Yes he had the move since 1997 in Tekken 3 He actually had other secret moves out of it. In Tekken 3 is actually had a few invincibility frames In tekken 4,5,6 after power stance you could actually do a reversal
@@JIX9ISLER1986 unfortunally :( Before season 4 he had an hidden ws1+2 Basically it was a weird ws1 animation (the animation is from old twin pistons) The move however was 12 frames instead of 13 and it was -2 ob and +9 oh I used that move to poke and frame trap people into a 112 afterward. Now its gone rip :c Ps: you could also do this if you pressed only 1 after techrolling, it would come out instead of ws1
Did you set the dummy to guard all afterwards? And when you say you can beat it by holding back, that kinda implies it's blockable, so what's the deal?
its TechKen lol.....technically this was possible in prior tekken games.....with the frame data overlay its made it possible for me to see exactly what point you could get frame advantage from it.
JIX9ISLER1986 prior games you were able to do a regular parry after the taunt but it was removed and before that you could’ve entered Omen stance so it’s nice to know at the least u could use this tech

0:05 you will see I am holding backing after I press 1. At +16frames or better and EWHF is fully guaranteed.
