I might be a couple tiers below Pro level (i can not commit to 5-10 hours a day grinding and labbing) The 1st thing i would honestly say is 1) Have fun - its going to be much harder getting better if you aren't having fun with the game 2) Enjoy the process of getting better - its an on going thing for all players there is always new ideas and tech to keep things fresh - 3) Always be in the lab learning your character and matchups :)

I run sessions all the time FT5s with those ranks and higher - you dont need ranked to be competent at the game - practice mode, labbing and grinding is all you really need

zen 1+2 is the 1st level of the mixup -after you have conditioned the opponent to tech up and duck then delayed zen 1,2 its a 50/50 mind game

The parry in to the EWHF (Electric Wind Hook Fist) is my favorite way to punish lol so hard to do. Its a Just Frame 14 frame execution - so doing it after a parry is very hard lol but very satisfying :)
