I can only image going on a version of this ride that goes so fast. Most of the ones I've been on are much slower and unworthy of the sirens they blast.

Only with cars that swing out to the side. Just rode one today at Canobie Lake Park. Loved it, made my wife quite dizzy though she liked it too.
No himalaya is on the ground and doesn't swing
