Relics of the past botw
actually the linkle mod is not just a skin swap, it also moddifies the story to actually include linkle on it (where it is supposed to happen that Link had never wokeup)
most (if not any) npc react to her and have some new dialogs with her.

Zelda of the wild! 😍
I currently have Zelda of the Wild mod loaded. Saying it's good is a HUUUGGGE understatement. The creator of the mod remade EVERY SINGLE OUTFIT AND THEIR COLORED VARIANTS. And I'm not talking just in game gear either. Even the Amiibo stuff like the -of time outfit or of the twilight outfit. Everything was lovingly remade. Please check it out.

I like the explanation for Zelda of the Wild of some of her hair fell into the Shrine of Resurrection and it producing a clone of her.
If a game is still in development. How can you say we love to play this over and over again.
Considering there's a huge randomizer Community for a lot of the Zelda games I'd hack to give a shout out to them. Especially the ones that end up mixing two games together like the Zelda and Metroid randomizer for a link to the past and the original Legend of Zelda. Also the OoT and MM hybrid randomizer where both games are linked together into one game what items scattered between both games

BOTW Relics of the past and the BOTW randomizer should have been on this list
Legend of Link, a romhack of the original Legend of Zelda is probably one of the best Zelda Mods I have ever seen. It takes the original game and adds features such as a magic meter, sword swipe, spin attack, as well as items such as the Roc's Feather, Hookshot, Pegasus Boots, and more. Features remixed tracks so each dungeon has its own theme as well as an original track from the Legend of Zelda series from 1989. The best part is it will even run on original hardware (just need an everdrive, as a powerpak lacks the ram).
Another notable mention is Amida's Curse for Zelda 2. This one isn't as ambitious as Legend of Link, but holds its own with its new features that take out what made the game overly difficult or convoluted, and takes what is good and dials it up. Meanwhile also putting a heavy emphasis on rewarding exploration. Its features include the extra lives increasing your max lives (so they aren't lost on save), being able to cancel the fairy spell, and removing random fights on the world map, replacing them with locations you have to seek out. It also features all new original music that is extremely good.
Although it was taken down, BOTW multiplayer should have been on the list

Aww man, I wish I could've made the list! I currently have the #1 mod on Nexus mods for botw. Great showcase otherwise. There aren't many larger youtube channels willing to put this kind of content out there for modded Nintendo games. Especially ones that are running via emulation on PC. I have much more respect for y'all now :D

I've been a HUGE The Legend of Zelda fan a long time since I can even remember when I was a kid and played The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess on Nintendo Wii, Windwaker HD on Wii U, Ocarina of time on 3DS, A Link Between worlds on 3ds and Breath of the wild on Wii U, Skyward and Twilight Princess are my favourite Zelda games and Zelda games what I haven't played yet but I wan't to play are these: The legend of Zelda Spirit Track on Ds, Majora's Mask on Nintendo 64 (what I'll want for Nintendo Switch online's expansion pass Nintendo 64 library), Tri Force Heroes on 3ds, Link's awakening remake and of corse newiest Zelda game what is easily one of greatest games of this year 2023 The Legend of Zelda Tears of the kingdom, it's october and I still don't have TOTK but I'll wait for november and hope it will go to a sale. I've never heared about of The Legend of Zelda mods, I wan't know are these mods works on consoles or do you need a Pc for these mods, im glad I have a pc what I can mod but can I mod consoles like Wii U, 3ds or Nintendo Switch? The Zelda character model seems to have slightly long forearms; is that unavoidable? I imagine it'd be hard to get something like that perfect with so many animations to work with

Unfortunately, Dark Hyrule Fantasy modder has confirmed the project is over. He's going to make another N64 game in the same spirit as the romhack, and said that modding it over Ocarina of Time is too limiting,

It's not that they just swapped Link for Linkle, they also redesigned every single piece of clothing.

Let me guess for the Zelda of the Wild cast. Zelda is Link, Ganon is Zelda, Link is Ganon, a guard is Navi, Octoroks are Guards, Navi is an Octorok, fairies are Moblins, Dark Link is a Darknut, Tektite is Epona, Elmo is a Like Like, Impa is a Bokoblin, and Epona is a Guardian
You left out BOTW: Second wind. Still in development, but one of the best botw mods out there.

Nah, the antigravity effect is the same. They don't stack, but that would be crazy.
I like the Survival one, but the only thing is that the weapons shouldn't brake. That's not realistic.

not adding the skyview temple mod for botw is a crime. it adds a whole new boss to the game

I want the Linkle mod in Tears of the Kingdom, the " Rinku" mod sucks and was obviously done by an amature
most of the breath of the wild mod selected are kinda bad i mean "legend of the wah" and shrek hinox those just modify the game a tiny bit but no mentioning of actually awsome botw mods like second wind, randomizer relics of the past i mean linkle mod is the only botw mod i think that is ok to be in the top 10 since it modifies more than just the look of one thing
