      Normally the time is set automatically as soon as you connect the watch with the smartphone through the application;)

    Did you receive an email with the verification code when registering for the app? It is not working for me and only says "Server exception. Please retry later!".
    Any advice would be appreciated.

      Same here i tryed yesterday and today and i do not recive any mail with veryfication code

      @@michapancerz4532 so the same thing happen to me so i deleted the app and waited it out over night and now it works, i’m not sure how long it’ll take for you but now it works for me now, so you should try doing that. if that doesn’t work i’m not sure what you should do, hope it all works out!

    Did the app thing binding and all but for some reason it still won’t pair with my iPhone. Just stays on the searching screen even with Bluetooth on my phone on and it my phone saying it’s paired.

    It would be nice if I could get it to pair with UMIDIGI A7 Phone. Their phone, their watch, and they don't pair! No help to be found!

      No idea!!
      Normally this should work straight away.
      Is the bluetooth activated? or try restarting the smartphone to see if that helps.
      Another test to try, maybe try the connection on another smartphone to see if the problem comes from the watch or the phone

    Urun is slower than 3S in all kind of test function. Is that true or not? Is there any overheating issue with the battery? Any one has a answer for it? Thanks!

      No overheating problem for me.
      For the price, the watch is correct (there are better like Amazfit / Xiaomi ... but it's more expensive)

      Hi,
      I don't have too many ideas at the moment.
      Maybe a bug in the application?
      You can either:
      - Reinstall the old APK (old version)
      - Completely remove the watch and reconnect it completely to see if that corrects the problem.

      No lo sé en absoluto, lo siento ...
      No he encontrado el problema.
      ¿Quizás este es el servidor que te permite registrarte / crear una cuenta para usar el reloj? (debe haber estado muy ocupado desde el 24/12 con Noel) y que volverá a la normalidad en unas horas / días.
      De lo contrario, no veo por qué ...
      Si el problema persiste, no dude en ponerse en contacto con el vendedor para obtener una explicación.

    Il mio urun si scollega dal mio android ogni 10 minuti anche avendo il telefono in tasca. Cosa posso fare ?

      Davvero strano.
      Quale telefono è?
      Personalmente, non ho il problema.
      Forse prova a rimuovere l'app e guarda completamente, quindi sincronizza di nuovo.
      Bisogna anche guardare a livello dei parametri se non è presente una modalità di risparmio energetico che taglierebbe il bluetooth dopo pochi minuti (avevo già il problema con una Mi Band 5)

    O meu smartwatch umidigi urun, está travado, baixei o app e fui atualizar, aí travou e não saiu mais, já desinstalei o app e instalei novamente e nada, já baixei o app em outro smartphone e nada, a atualização da versão de recuso não passa de 30%, smartwatch muito ruim, não compensa comprar, pois a UMIDIGI não te dá suporte de nada. Uma porcaria. Meu smartwatch não tinha nem 3 horas de uso. Não comprem pessoal.
