@@austinxa2339 she would’ve tho because no Chinese ever beat her score of 15.066. The closest was Chenchen with the routine of her life only scored a 14.933. Simone scored a 14.066 with a massive error in Tokyo and bad leaps. So Simone easily had the advantage.
actually no, she did not compete this year and is very absent on social media .. so there are two possibilities, either she is preparing a super comeback or she is close to retiring from competitions..
the difficulty is definitely there, and she is born with some crazy inate balance to be able to do those spins, but overall I find her routines to be extremely boring and old school
her acrobatic skills and dismount are very poor and at the level of early to mid 70s, almost the whole composition of her beam performance is consisted from different type of turns...her beam is "romantic" like some which did chaslavska, petrik etc. from 60s/to early 70s but not excited and i think not on the elite level, even she does some E elements (which are not attractive at all)
have you even tried doing the spins she does on a floor let alone on a 10cm wide beam? it’s much more impressive than those who just throw a bunch of acrobatic elements
Love all the routine except the dismount! I've always thought it looked like a dismount someone in a lower level would do, not an elite athlete. It might be very hard to do but it sure don't look it
@@jamierigglehtd4life_CursedCrew But it does not look easy, for one thing; and it's not a dismount someone in a lower level would do. Have your own opinion, sure, but you don't need to be reaching *this* much.
wow! if she will able to do it perfectly in 2024 Paris Olympics then she will again get the gold for sure!
Not against the Chinese
@@austinxa2339 the Chinese can’t even beat Simone with a hit. Sanne has less built ins. The best Chinese scored 14.933 vs a downgraded Simone 15.066.
@@gymlandia4467 fyi sanne never scored over 14.2 in the new code
@@gymlandia4467 Simone hasn't won beam against a hit Chinese routine

Che bella ginnasta! 👏👏👏👏
Sono d'accordo: è molto elegante
Beautiful
I thought the new rules limited the number of turns you could do in one "shape"
Only for wolf turn
Has she compete this year? Excited for her!

Did turns get upgraded this quad? I thought they were capped at E?
No. They are capped at E still- meaning they cannot exceed the value of an E skill.

Is a D element 🙄🙄🙄
@@angieortizurena3327 I don't care if it's a D element....it looks cheesy 🙄🙄🙄
