The result was heavy flooding across the city, triggering memories of the deadly 2015 monsoon floods. It's not a big deal with that much of population and also it is the same thing as call ourselves ''viswaguru'' ,with 140 crore population and $3trillion economy, instead of America which has a 40crore population and $23 trillion economy.
