भ्रष्ट co के विरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार का स्पष्ट प्रमाण के साथ सचिवालय तथा निदेशालय स्तर पर तथा मंत्री महोदय को Post एवं speed post से स्पष्ट प्रमाण के साथ शिकायत करने पर एवं दो वर्षों से लगातार शिकायत करने पर भी कार्रवाई नहीं होती है । ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि बिहार में भ्रष्टाचार ही शिष्टाचार बन गया है ।

Complaints have been made to the Secretariat and through the Secretariat to the Hon'ble Minister regarding the said Circle Officer's corrupt acts and misuse of position and authority and economic exploitation and management of a large industry of economic crime and corruption, but despite begging for justice for two years, no strict legal action has been taken till now. The Hon'ble Minister is requested to kindly take legal action against the said corrupt officer and protect the rights and justice of the helpless, oppressed and destitute along with natural justice, human rights and human values.
